Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is designed for a better understanding about how we collect and use the personal information you provide us with. It will also assist you in making informed decisions while using our website, products, and services. .

It’s not an acceptable outcome to complete only one of those things. Because we would not want to accomplish our mission at the expense of our teammates. And we certainly don’t want to be with a happy, fulfilled team if we aren’t doing anything productive.

The information that we have about you is what you have provided us with information about yourself, your firm or company, and your practices when you register with our company, register for certain services, or register for email newsletters and alerts. Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding our business activities, providing customer service, and making other products and services available to our customers and prospective customers. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our website, new services, and special offers we think you will find valuable. You may notify us at any time if you do not wish to receive these offers by emailing us.

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies" (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?") and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the websites visited just before and just after our website. We, our advertisers and ad serving companies may also use small technology or pieces of code to determine which advertisements and promotions users have seen and how users responded to them. A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a website, that site’s computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser’s preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. Some of our business partners (e.g., advertisers) use cookies that originate from their sites. We have no access or control over those cookies. As you use our website and services, the site uses its cookies to differentiate you from other users. In some cases, we also use cookies to prevent you from seeing unnecessary advertisements or requiring you to log in more than is necessary for security. Cookies, in conjunction with our Web server’s log files, allow us to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting our Website and which parts of the site are most popular. This helps us gather feedback in order to constantly improve our Website and better serve our customers. Cookies do not allow us to gather any personal information about you and we do not generally store any personal information that you provided to us in your cookies.

Use of Cookies

It is Deloz’s policy to use first-party cookies (small text files that Deloz stores locally on your computer) for one or more of the following purposes: to help identify whether a Site Visitor is a first time visitor, or has visited previously (provided that we will not store identifiers that can be used to personally identify such Site Visitors); assess usage patterns and perform traffic analysis; identify preferences; diagnose problems with our servers; analyze trends; and otherwise administer Deloz products and services. Cookies placed by Deloz on the computers of Site Visitors do not include Personally Identifiable Information such as name, phone number, e-mail address or mailing address, nor does Deloz link cookies to such Personally Identifiable Information in its servers or databases.

If you do not wish to have Deloz place and use cookies on your computer, you should set your browser preferences to refuse all cookies, including first-party cookies, before accessing Deloz. Deloz is not responsible for any failure by you or your browser to accurately implement or communicate your browser preferences or settings. Please note that if you set your browser to reject cookies, some features of the Sites you visit may be unavailable. In addition, please be aware that even if you configure your browser settings to reject all cookies, your activity on Deloz Sites will still be recorded by Crisp. However, if you reject all cookies, Deloz will not be able to determine whether or not someone using that computer previously visited the Site, i.e. whether or not the visitor is a “unique” visitor.

For more information on how to reject cookies, see your browser’s instructions on changing your cookie settings. If you do not elect to set your browser preferences to refuse cookies, you consent to have first-party cookies used by Deloz, placed on your computer when you visit websites.

In connection with alliances, partnerships or arrangements, we may also provide certain information to third parties if we have determined that the information will be used in a responsible manner by a responsible third party. For example, some of our partners operate stores or provide services on our site, while others power offerings developed by us for your use. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. We may also transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, or any dissolution.

Email is not considered as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, you are to be aware that the information transmitted to our company by email is subject to all of the normal risks of internet hackers and of those who may illegally obtain your information. The company may store data provided by the client that is a trade secret. Certain Disclosures

Your browsing and interaction on any other Website, including Websites which have a link on our Website, is subject to that Website’s own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding.

Information obtained when you visit Deloz’s sites

Deloz Collects and Uses Visitor Information

Deloz uses 3rd party Analytics platforms to obtain Visitor Information and monitor website activity. These Analyses allow Deloz to evaluate and potentially modify the messages based on its findings regarding Visitors’ use and interaction with the Site. Please note that Deloz uses the Crisp Service to obtain insights about visitors’ activities on http://www.deloz.io.

How Deloz Collects Visitor Information

Deloz uses customized and proprietary software code provided by crisp to collect and transmit Visitor Information to Deloz’s servers. When a Visitor browses a Deloz Site and/or uses any of its proprietary sales automation products, this code, relayed from the servers, enables Deloz to collect and analyze the Visitor’s activity throughout their visit and/or usage. This information is stored on the servers and database which are then utilized by Deloz to perform analyses and produce reports. The interactions that may be recorded or analyzed (“Recorded Interactions”) may include mouse scrolls and clicks and/or pages viewed or visited, including the duration of such visits. Saved Interactions may also include images of the Webpages that are recorded during the Site Visitor’s interactions with any Deloz Site, such as, by way of example, images of forms displayed or populated by the Site Visitor .

Deloz may also collect certain information about a Visitor’s computer or mobile device that may be furnished by the Visitor’s browser or otherwise by the device (“Device Information”), such as:

  • Browser Information
  • Operating System Information
  • Mobile Device Information (e.g., device identifier, mobile operating system, etc.)
  • IP Address
  • Page Accessed
  • Geographic Location
  • Time of Visit
  • Referring Site, Application, or Service

Deloz’s sales product is not designed to knowingly collect or extract Visitor Information (including any Recorded Interactions or Device Information) that could be used to personally identify Site Visitors, such as the Visitor’s name, address or phone number (“Personally Identifiable Information”) from a Site that uses the Crisp Services.

Deloz Does Not Collect Visitor Information Across Multiple Websites.

Deloz May Collect Information Contained in the “Referring URL” For The Last Website Visited.

If a Visitor navigates to a Deloz Site from another website, Deloz may receive certain information from the referring website (i.e., the last website the visitor visited before visiting the Deloz’s website) as part of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (“HTTP”) request. For example, if a Site Visitor navigates to a Deloz Site from a search engine, such as Google, Deloz may receive information contained in the referring URL for the Google search query, such as the terms that the Visitor was searching for before visiting the respective Site.

Deloz’s Disclosure of Visitor Information

Deloz never sells or shares any Visitor Information to individuals or companies . This Visitor Information is provided in the form of aggregated reports and/or statistics that identify the collective behavior of Visitors to the Deloz’s Site.
